WAC GENTLE EXERCISE GROUP

Do you want to feel good? Why not join us at the Sportlink, 2 Hanover Road, Vermont South (behind Vermont South Shopping Centre) 10am-11am every Wednesday. We are a friendly group, and all exercises can be adapted to suit your capabilities. 

Easy access to the hall ifrom the large carpark is very walker friendly, there are steps/ramp at the front entrance, and we use chairs as needed for stability. We exercise either sitting or standing whichever way you are comfortable with. Why not check us out?
